OMS_HOST and EM_UPLOAD_PORT is not available While deploying OMS AGENT ON TARGET 13C OEM

dont forget  OMS server to write in /etc/hosts on all TARGET servers

OMS SERVER must be reachable From all target servers....!!

add oms server in /etc/hosts

vi /etc/hosts

xxx.xxx.x.xxx OMSSERVER.DOMAIN.NAME OMSSERVER
